Hey friends! I feel like it has been FOREVER since I sat down to write a post. Things have been crazy with my Etsy shop, Decor Suite, and I have found little time to share with you on the blog. I know a lot of you follow my day-to-day on Instagram (@sarahsmommysuite) and I am always available to link up on there. Anyway, today, I am sharing our bathroom organization and little things I do to make life easier on me throughout the week.
I love our bathroom because the window above our tub lets in SOOO much natural light. I wish we had windows in all of our bathrooms. We also have a double vanity. I keep all of my makeup and whatnot on one side and leave the other side super accessible for my
husband family to use. I keep everything else in the cabinets and drawers beneath the vanity. I have to admit, I am missing having the linen closet in the bathroom as I shared in our old house. =[
So I’m going to jump right on in and share my vanity organization from right to left.
On the right side of the right cabinet, I have our bathroom cleaners. On the left side, I have a bin with extra toilet paper. I love these Cottonelle Mega Rolls from Walmart because 1 Mega Roll = 4 Regular Rolls (†comparing number of sheets to leading Ultra 77-ct. roll). I have to buy toilet paper less frequently because the rolls have so much on them I feel like we never run out.
Under the toilet paper, I have a few washcloths and bath poufs in a drawer organizer.
We have a column drawers in the middle of our vanity. In the first drawer, I just have our toothpastes, floss, and a few other items that I like to keep handy in the top drawer. I love this organizer. It keeps everything separate and I was able to arrange it to fit our drawer.
In the next drawer, I have a few hair items and nail polish. The third and fourth drawers are slightly deeper than the first two. In the third drawer, I have our combs/ brushes as well as a few random conditioning caps and whatnot. The last drawer holds hubby’s shaving needs.
In the cabinets on the left, I have 2 bins. One bin is labeled hair for hair products and the other bin is labeled body for our skin/body products. I got these labels a while ago and used a chalk marker for the wording.
If you would like to stock up on toilet paper so you never run out this summer, head to Walmart and save $1 on Cottonelle Mega Rolls. If you don’t have much time to shop, click here to see if there is a Walmart Grocery Pick Up available in your area. I love using this service when I am out and about with the girls. We place our grocery order online and they bring it right out to the car when we pull up. Yay!
Have you guys tried Walmart Pick Up? Let me know how you like it!
